Ordering books directly from the publisher
Our titles are available through every bookshop. But you can also have tentare books sent to you directly: we do without the services of PayPal & Co. and let you pay by invoice. Shipping within Germany is free. Please note that the ordering process (cart and checkout) is in German.
Readers in Germany
Shipping to private customers within Germany is free. Your order is dispatched as quickly as possible by Post / DHL, either directly from the publisher or from our distributor MSR Runge in Steinhagen. The delivery includes a full invoice showing VAT.
Readers in Austria
For shipping to private customers in Austria a flat fee of €4 is charged. Your order is dispatched promptly by Deutsche Post / DHL. The delivery includes a full invoice showing VAT.
Readers in Switzerland
For shipping to private customers in Switzerland a flat fee of €6 is charged. No German VAT is applied. Any Swiss taxes and customs duties are payable by you. Your order is dispatched promptly by Deutsche Post / DHL. The delivery includes a full invoice with tax note.
Other countries
For deliveries to other countries, please contact us by e-mail at info@tentare.de – we will be glad to find a solution.
Returns and withdrawal
You can return books ordered from us within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons – voluntarily beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period (details, in German: Widerrufsrecht and AGB). The books should be as new and unread. We refund the purchase price once the return has reached us. You bear the cost of the return shipment; for a single book within Germany this is usually about €2.70 (Deutsche Post »Warensendung«) – an estimate; the actual postage depends on weight and shipping method.
How it works
- On the book page, add the title to the cart and choose the delivery country. The cart and checkout pages are in German.
- Enter your billing and delivery address and complete the order. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail (in German).
- The invoice is included with the delivery or sent separately by e-mail; payable within 14 days by bank transfer. Other payment methods – prepayment, credit card, PayPal & Co. – we deliberately do not offer.
